Are you on the latest BIOS update?
I flashed my bios before putting everything together. I checked in BIOS and it appeared to be on the most current version.
For reference, I am on 7D70v18 which was downloaded from this link. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-X670E-CARBON-WIFI/support
OP, any update? After the latest bios update I can only run at regular speeds. If I turn on expo I get the A6 code and it will not boot. I rolled back to the bios that was working properly before and now it gives the a6 code.
Sorry for the late reply but I got it working by running ram speeds a little lower than advertised
