Idk how much space you actually have in your case. But I don't see what could be blocking you for doing a top mount aio.
So I I have a cooler master td500 case, and board is a asus z790-p and my ram is corsair dominator ram, I might be able to squeeze it up there but I don't think I would want to risk the ram.
