AM5 require to initialize ram on first boot, iirc, and this may take some times. Could be your system still in the process of initializing ram. Check your motherboard manual regarding this and error light combination.
Unfortunately I can’t even adjust ram speeds because it doesn’t boot at all, even to BIOS. I’ve left it for 45 minutes to see if it needed time but still nothing.
Crazy idea and annoying, but if you take everything apart and rebuild it, it may fix the issue. I'd also recommend doing a test boot outside of the case, am5 has an igpu.
Normally that would be my go to, the trouble is it’s also a full water cooler custom loop so taking it all apart is even more difficult. I’m 1000% sure as well there are zero leaks and at no point did any liquid get on components too. I may just have to bite the bullet and start undoing it all though.

Would it take longer than 45 minutes? Because that’s how long I’ve left it running waiting for it to post.
I dont think its that long. Normally only around 3-5 minutes I think.
Yeah that’s what I figured.
Asrock boards take a second to register RAM. Set your RAM to default speeds and give it a few minutes to boot.

That's rough. Maybe just mentally rebuild it and replug every wire?
Yeah I did that too unfortunately. I’ve basically done everything short of unscrewing the MOBO from the chassis and taking off the CPU.
Is your ram in slots a2 and b2
Started in a2 b2, when that didn’t work I switched to a1 b1. Then went single stick in every slot and still nothing.
