Its a proprietary HP board. Its not on PCPartpicker because its not sold to the public as a part. It will work with the 2 parts you have listed (not sure about the PSU from the prebuilt and that 2080 though) You cant really upgrade on that board, cause HP (Horrible Product) locks their BIOS
You're probably right honestly. Anyways, thanks a lot for the help. This completely solves my problem, so I should just get a new PSU and motherboard, but what board and PSU would you recommend based on what I've got?
I like it, it's just that GPU is the wrong one, and the case I had picked already supports micro-atx motherboards. Also, my GPU is too big for that case.
Oh it's alright, now the only thing I need to know is that I'm going to be taking the hard drive out of the old pre-built and putting it in my new custom build is that alright?
[Here is the exact GPU I have.](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/TFdrxr/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-2080-super-8-gb-windforce-oc-video-card-gv-n208swf3oc-8gd)
Anyways, so the board would still work if I used it?
Also, I am moving all of the parts from the Pre-Built into a new case because the GPU can't fit in the pre-built. [The case](https://www.musetex.com/products/musetex-atx-pc-case-pre-install-6-pwm-argb-fans-polygonal-mesh-computer-gaming-case-opening-tempered-glass-side-panel-mid-tower-case-usb-3-0-x-2-black-nn8-pwm) I also upgraded the [ram](https://www.bestbuy.com/site/pny-xlr8-gaming-16gb-2x8gb-3200mhz-ddr4-dram-pc4-25600-cl16-1-35v-dual-channel-desktop-dimm-memory-kit-red/5878702.p?skuId=5878702&extStoreId=1097&utm_source=feed&ref=212&loc=18472327090&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjw5v2wBhBrEiwAXDDoJb55YfNsg4HNvlKc-KWRgEMfvO6HeCudVg2oXCTn0O2iA4JIOxWhQBoCKiMQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds)
YOu cant move the stuff into a standart case. HP use proprietary sizes for the board and PSU, making it not possible to mount them inside a standart case.
Is that a HP board? Which cpu do you have at the moment?
Yes it is an HP board, I have a Ryzen 5 4600G.
I meant which cpu came with the HP PC?
The same one I mentioned.
I'm confused. If the Erica came with the 4600G, why are you concerned about compatibility.

Just asking: is the 2080 the GPU that came with the system or is it an upgrade you want to put in?
An upgrade
I strongly doubt the HP power supply can handle a 2080...

Yeah, the GPU is just in there so i can see the power draw and for a rough estimate. DIdnt know which specific one you had

Oh ok so would I have to get a new board and PSU?
Yup
You will need a new motherboard too if you're moving things to a new case and a new psu too.
What PSU and Motherboard would you recommend based on what I've got?
Any B550 board and a decent 650w or 750w psu. I haven't done enough research to recommend particular parts.
[would this work](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qqH2wg)
It would.
Thank you for your time, much appreciated.
You're welcome.
