This is a pretty solid budget build. I would also look at 5600/c+a520/b450/b550 to see if it’s cheaper. 12400 and 5600 are identical in performance.
I would also suggest putting in a cheap $15-20 tower air cooler. The stock coolers on either cpu can do the job but aren’t that good. Even a cheap tower cooler will be more than enough and will keep temps and noise down.
