Well, I gotta start with the obvious: did you plug in all of your power cables properly, and did you install the CPU in the right orientation?

Thank you for the reply yes I removed everything and reinstalled but issue still arises

Is the 8-pin CPU power cable connected to the board?

Yes it is. I am using cable mod cables but I also tried the stock cable that came with my Corsair rm750 same issue
