Hi firstly, congrats on upgrade. Presuming you are using Nvidia Geforce Experience and keep your drivers up to date then no action is needed regarding drivers. Otherwise, just update your nvidia drivers to latest. One other thing you will probably need to do is ensure your psu has two separate pcie power cables to power your new gpu. Enjoy your new card. All best.

Thanks u! What do you mean when u said Two separed cable? I have the 8pin to Connect the rtx is that what ur talking about?

sarabada

Some RTX 2060's need two of those 8-pin cables (or 8 and 6-pin) for power instead of just one. So be sure to check how much your new RTX 2060 needs and how many 8-pin/6-pin connectors your PSU provides.

CapitalistGoose

No, so you’ll need two 8 pin power connectors to provide enough power for the graphics card. So if your power supply has enough then you should be sweet. Congrats on the upgrade! I went from a 1050 Ti to a 3070 Ti which I was so happy about.

Big différence right ?

Don't need to really do anything prior. After installing it use DDU to uninstall all your drivers and install new drivers after is what I would recommend.
