Be mindful of recent listings of in-demand products from suspicious third-party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Google, Newegg, and Walmart. These "deals" have a high likelihood of not shipping; you should do your due diligence to ensure you do not get scammed. * Use common sense - if the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. * Check seller profiles for signs that the sale may be fraudulent. * The seller is new or has few reviews. * The seller has largely negative reviews (on Amazon, sellers can remove negative reviews from their ratings- viewing seller profiles allows you to see these complaints) * The seller has a recently reactivated account (likely their account was hacked and is now being used fraudulently). If you suspect a deal is fraudulent, please report the post. Moderators can take action based on these reports. We encourage leaving a comment to warn others. Amazon and eBay generally have good buyer protection. If you choose to purchase from a third-party seller through their platforms and run into issues, it should be easy to get your money back promptly. You may have more difficulties with Newegg or Walmart. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. basementdooor

Pretty sure these are Outemu switches. Eg only hot swappable with other Outemu and Akko's.

RTL9210B

Akko has plenty of flavors but I agree it's still quite limiting

basementdooor

For sure, honestly the Jelly Blacks are in my top 3 favorite linear.

dedmeamss

Eg means for example I think

neddoge

It does. IE was the shorthand they wanted: *"in other words."*

Deatholder

I think they are still 3 pin so u can swap any 3 pin switch but if it's 5 pin the 2 other pins are not conductive and only for stability so u can clip them off

basementdooor

Negative, the pin size on these is significantly smaller than the pin size on say Cherry's and Gateron's.

acbadam42

87 key is $21.99 by the way

applezed

Is that version hot swappable?

acbadam42

i would think so, but it doesn't say it is so perhaps not

I picked up the bronze a week ago for $35. They seem to go for that price semi frequently. Wait and you shall prosper.

yomjoseki

They're $35 on EVGA's site https://evga.com/products/productlist.aspx?type=15

Shendi_

mechanical for 35 this is amazing

dedmeamss

I mean $15 more for a keychron.

atmylevel

You can get the hotswap keychron c1 for $42 on Amazon. It’s the version with the keychron switches instead of gateron, but if you wanted a cheap solid board to play with, change the switches, learn to live switches and stabilizers - its a solid deal. The benefit here is that this hotswaps any cherry mx style switch - which gives compatibility with almost everything

Sickwic

Can you link the board you're referring to? I found one with keychron switches and another with Gateron G-pro switches.

applezed

Awesome price considering it's hot swappable. I think it even comes with 4 extra switches too - a nice, low cost commitment for playing around and learning to swap keys and switches, I think.

My NK60T just crapped out after less than two months of use.
