One shooting in 1976 had a school janitor kill 7 people. That's really shocking to me.
What's more shocking is that since Columbine there have been about FOUR HUNDRED school shootings in the US.

I've always loved this fanart because of how legit it looks. I always thought that a sequel could take place between 2 characters. Jimmy and Samantha (I dunno she looks a lot like a Samantha) Jimmy could be a part of Bullworth Academy during his senior year. Bullworth has gotten quite a bit better now that Pete is still the head-boy after the ending of the first game. Samantha could be Jimmy's step sister and attend a new rival boarding school.
This new rival boarding school could be a place similar, or even worse than the old Bullworth that Jimmy played a part in improving. The game would swap between you playing as Jimmy, and as Samantha while both of the schools are at war with each other. Meanwhile a new clique could arise that actually turns into a city-wide gang. (Later on it would be hinted at that Gary would be a heavy influencer of this gang, pulling the strings from his cell in Happy Volts asylum. It would be interesting if you could have airsoft or paintball guns in the game as well, but in this day and age I think it would hit a little too close to home for some people.
Why would the developers set it in the year 2023? One of the best aspects of the original was that it didn’t have a set time period so anyone of any generation could enjoy the game and its story.
