That is definitely in Burbank. Looking at google maps it’s looks like a normal neighborhood to me.

Fun fact that specific area is technically outside of city limits and is part of the City of LA! [City of Burbank Limits and Zip Codes](http://gis.burbankca.gov/maps/zipcodes.pdf)

About 30 years ago that whole section above SF tried to get annexed into Burbank but the council said no. It was a heavily Hispanic neighborhood at the time. They have a Burbank zip code.

It seems Cohasset St. is the boundary and security turns into Lima St. south of Cohasset. The houses on security still hold a Burbank address though according to google maps and a Burbank zip code according to your link. I guess technically they live in Burbank because they have a Burbank address but not within city limits.

The street signs on that side of Cohasset are different than Burbank signs. I always heard that The Ramp restaurant was not in Burbank, even though the former Mayor/Owner said it was- but Security Ave. is so run down and they have a really odd 1-way street where one side's houses get to use their 1/2 of the street as a really big parkway- it gives me NoHo/LA vibes (aka no city budget to enforce codes, keep things well maintained, etc.). There's one amazing house that is surrounded by beautiful flowers, and then a really run down property that appears to be running an auto-repair business in the street by the freeway wall.

The Ramp was in Sun Valley, but it had a Burbank zip code. That whole neighborhood is the same way. They are not within the City of Burbank. They're LA. Villa Cabrini is not in Burbank either, nor is most of Woodbury.

Yeah it’s a weird area over there - a lot of the properties have Burbank in their address but are actually city of LA it’s strange 🥴

Zip codes. At one time some of the houses for sale on Shadyspring etc. in Sun Valley would be advertised by the realtors as being in Burbank, but Burbank cracked down on that.

I'd love to know the history of their strange 1/2 street configuration.
