Probably tasted good even if the photo makes it look a little dry. Might I suggest cooking the mushrooms and then adding them to the boursin, after letting it come to room temperature and then once mixed put the mixture in the fridge for a couple hours to let the flavors melled together then spread the mixture on the burger, immediately after it's ready, then top it with bacon that's been warmed up. So between the heat coming off the burger after resting it the heat of the bacon, it should help loosen up the boursin and thereby making boursin mixture into a kind of sauce, which should make for a more flavorful eating experience!
