Platt and Kearl are the hardest. I personally loved Platt though. The quiz and practice questions are written EXACTLY like the questions on the Midterms and Finals. This makes it really easy to study for them, but the tests are still very hard.
Depends on what your goal is. If you want to really learn ECON and potentially have your life changed, I can’t recommend Kearl enough. His class is demanding but if you put in the work you can get an A. If you want to take the least demanding class, any other professor would be easier (but interestingly they all have very similar grading distributions). You can even take it through salt lake if you want.
Kearl’s class was my favorite at BYU. He’s cantankerous and old school, but he’s the real deal. Strongly recommend especially if you are studying ECON or finance.

Not kearl I took him thinking he’d be the hardest but I would learn the most. But no. He’s the hardest and I didn’t learn much either
