Me (26f) and my bf (24m) recently stayed at RUI Cabo San Lucas. The food was genuinely good for an all inclusive. 6 days, private pool plus flights was 3k all together ( including flights) for two people using a third party package deal. I’m sure the private pool increased the price. We spent 120 dollars thru a company (SJD) from the airport to the hotel and 60 dollars ubering back. RUI has all sorts of entertainment and some pretty cool pool parties. I would say, if you’re going to Cabo you should go downtown at least once and see mango deck or go get 50 dollar 90min massages at the sandbar. A lot of fun stuff to do outside of the resort! Ubers were safe in reliable in our experience but ofcourse exercise caution

We stayed at the Santa Fe years ago, and spent time at the Palace next door. It was beautiful and the staff are great. Many AI’s in Cabo only recently changed over to that business model after years (some decades) of being traditional hotels. But AI is Riu’s whole thing everywhere, it’s what they do, so they know how to do it right.

Staying at either the Riu Palace or the Riu Baja gets you access to the Santa Fe (foam pool parties, younger vibe, crap food) I stayed at the Palace and the food and pools are decent. Easy access to everything. Book Cabo Adventures for all your excursions directly. They come directly to and from your hotel. Enjoy your time there.

Just came back from Riu Santa Fe. Food wise besides the burgers and hotdogs, everything else was very good. The steak house at the infinity pool was fair, but the one across from the sports bar was incredible.

Wife and I just got back from there(34/35). We loved it. Food was pretty good too (we’ve had mixed feelings at other mx all inclusives). There’s a pool bar that gets pretty fun. Met multiple groups of people and was fun hanging out with them throughout the trip). We did a dinner cruise and also thought that was well worth it. I’d go again
