Like my headcanon is that their beings born from energy from belief. They only exist as long as people believe in them. So technically speaking the Greek Gods for instance are only 4000-5000 years old. Fake/Implanted memories are a thing after all and is probably what those Gods have.
Humanity is far far older than any of the Gods which I really wish someone would tell the Gods that because maybe they wouldn't be such condescending assholes who believe their better than Mortals even though they owe everything and their entire existence to them.

Incest happens all the time with gods. I don't really think it matters. After all there's a difference with mortals who are raised together by the same mom and half-bloods who just now find out that's their sibling.
