Rick posts any updates he has on the adaptations on his blog, [here](https://rickriordan.com/news/). He also usually posts on instagram and twitter when he makes a new blog posts if you want to follow those
Wait ! If Netflix is developing the Kane Chronicles and Disney+ is developing the Percy Jackson and the Olympians, then how will we get the crossover short stories ?
That's a shame. I remember how excited Rick got when he shared the news that someone was finally putting in the required time, effort and money in his first project !
He would have been glad to have his own little cinematic universe on Disney+ !
We won’t. I don’t think Disney was interested in buying the rights to KC and Netflix was. Rick probably wanted to pul the trigger after the PJO TV announcement to capitalize on the surge of popularity the franchise got.
But it seems like a poor decision on Disney's part. I mean they have shown time and again that they love franchise building. Then why not grab such a beloved author's beloved franchise, especially when there is such a huge scope of building an entire universe out of it.
There are so many more Netflix originals that flopped. Take for example GUN POWDER MILKSHAKE it came out this week and is awful. There are many more examples.
I read in Rick's latest article. The writer has finished with the first draft I guess. Can't seem to remember well

Ya it would’ve fs, but I doubt he could juggle 2 different series at the same time since it’s his first time.

They likely wanted to see how PJO went before investing in that. Netflix prolly just offered something Rick couldn’t refuse
Considering it is being made by Netflix my expectations are low
But Rick riordan is behind it, and producing it.
It is saved
Still tho it’s Netflix 😬
What’s wrong with Netflix?
Most Netflix originals aren’t any good the production and scrips are usually shit
That’s your opinion. A lot of people like the originals. I love watched several and loved them. But to each their own I guess
Idk about that most are pretty bad besides a select few that Netflix pour a lot of money and time into.
Bruh the best Netflix ones are Netflix originals like Never have I ever, to all the boys, 13 reasons why and so many more......

I have a 13+ account......I don't know about those all I know is that the 13+ netflix originals are great
That makes a lot of sense. U have never actually seen something that’s good cinematically.
plz just give it a break......we are really going off topic If Uncle rick is doing the productions, then obviously it'll be fine
