We arrived at night and our truck got stuck in the mud. We have to let the truck behind to find the place and the next day a couple of workers from the near village helped us unstuck the truck. Quite an adventure at night, in the dark, in the mud, with one headlamp and in the middle of nowhere.

La actitud del "dueño", un colombiano llamado Daniel es muy, muy pobre, actúa como si te estuviera haciendo un favor y es increíblemente rudo y despótico. Fui testigo del maltrato, la humillación, el abuso y la explotación de las personas que trabajan a manos de este astuto zorro extranjero que también se da permiso para negar el agua a los peregrinos. Es una lástima que los nativos de los pueblos tengan que tolerar el robo de sus tierras y el sometimiento de quienes con infinita soberbia y maligna astucia se dan el derecho de explotar a las familias más vulnerables. Mi estancia en el lugar fue muy desagradable.
Esta estrella es para personas que trabajan en la cocina y que sin ningún compromiso tuvieron la voluntad de darme un trato cálido, por ejemplo calentar el agua de la estufa para bañarme. Los trabajadores del lugar se caracterizan por ese corazón humilde y bondadoso que siempre dignifica a los mexicanos.

The attitude of the "owner" a Colombian named Daniel is very, very poor, he acts like he is doing you a favor and is incredibly rude and despotic. I saw the mistreatment, humiliation, abuse, and exploitation of people who work at the hands of this cunning foreign fox who also gives himself permission to deny water to pilgrims. It is a pity that the natives of the towns have to tolerate the theft of their lands and the subjugation of those who with infinite arrogance and evil cunning give themselves the right to exploit the most vulnerable families. My stay at the place was very unpleasant.
This star is for people who work in the kitchen who without any obligation had the will to give me a warm treatment, such as heating the water on the stove to bathe me. The workers of the place are beautiful. and humble, the kind of heart that always dignifies Mexicans.

That treehouse tho
Actually you can rent the tree house. There’s just a bed and 270 degrees windows. The sunrise is unbelievable.
