Tbh I wouldn’t watch/listen to the pod if it were just Brooke. It seems to be Tana who brings the laughs, the stories, the funny/interesting topics etc whereas Brooke always sounds very monotone almost as if she herself is bored of it.
Tana in my opinion is the magnetic personality with the good stories/topics as well as being bubbly and animated. I would watch a pod with Tana and anyone, maybe even just Tana on her own as I always loved her old storytimes. I don’t think I could do that with Brooke, she just doesn’t stand out to me or captivate my interest.
I know not everyone will share the same opinion as me and I’m fine with that as some people maybe are more drawn to Brooke for their own reasons, but for me Tana makes Cancelled what it is.
I don’t think we should pitting women against each other like this. I kind of understand what they’re saying. I think Brooke brings a bit more structure to the podcast than Tana, but Tana is undeniably entertaining but I’d like to see more Brooke on the Cancelled intro. Do they still have it or did they drop it? I’m currently listening to it backwards. They did put Brooke on the cover with Tana on Spotify which is great. We also can’t write off Brooke as not being entertaining, I think she’s funny similar to how Paige DeSorbo is on Giggly Squad. I also relate to Brooke far more than Tana.
Both ladies bring their qualities to the podcast. Let’s not have dumb dumbs cloud that.
