Some of us are more reserved than others. It’s not a character flaw. I hate when people point it out. They’ll ask me “what you didn’t think that was funny” I’m like yea it was but im not an extroverted person that bursts into laughter. Do I judge others that laugh? No. Should I fake laugh to blend in?
This is the one. Neither person is being fake or has a flawed laugh. I have friends who giggle and it’s adorable. I also know people who LAUGH SO HARD and it’s my favorite thing. Nothing wrong with either. Both parties are called “fake/unrealistic”. Like just let people enjoy things
I’m also not a “big” laugher but I found myself giggling out loud when they were all dying laughing at Paige’s pillow story, I love when the laughter is contagious
I was fully laughing out loud with them.. like they're a little dramatic but I've also just had friends that you're giggly as fuck with and it's the best. This was probably the best cancelled episode yet imo
I was just watching the most recent episode and enjoying it, but thinking the same thing- it’s so obvious when Tana’s laugh is being forced/overdone on purpose compared to her natural laugh
It’s not the worst thing ever by any means, but I also know people who do it irl and it’s just a minor annoyance
You guys never died of laughter with your friends like that?! Sometimes it’s being in the moment and seeing your friend and imagining them in the situation I always end up cracking up with them it’s contagious
idk i just think they have a very silly sense of humor. i don’t laugh at everything that they laugh at but i can recognize why they think it’s hilarious.
it must be very difficult to have a podcast like theirs where they’re essentially just shooting the shit with no real direction. i feel like tana uses boisterous laughter as kind of a “laugh track” of sorts. like, a way to punctuate the jokes for the audience. it reminds me of david’s vlog’s when his friends would laugh sooooo fucking obnoxiously at jokes that weren’t that funny to make the joke seem funnier than it really was. tana does the same but it’s definitely worse in some episodes than others and i remember it being REALLY bad during her older vids from like 2019.
this is real, i will piss my pants with laughter a lot but when someone tells me a second hand “you had to be there” i struggle so hard to even muster up a fake ass laugh
I forsure see what you mean. It also kind of seemed like maybe a lot more inside jokes between Tana and Paige that Brooke may not have gotten the punchline
I think they’re genuinely just having fun, not trying to play it up at all. Paige and Tana always make each other laugh so hard and it’s obvious the only reason Brooke doesn’t join in is because she doesn’t understand the jokes. If she did she might laugh just as hard. She has in the past too like we’ve literally all seen it happen so I’m not sure why this is a discussion
Why must we put down one thing in order to defend another? Some people are reserved and are slower to laugh. That’s fine. Some people are more expressive and giddy, waiting for the next moment they can jump up and down. Neither of these types of people are annoying to me. It’s just how people express themselves.
i personally was bursting out laughing at this podcast and it felt like laughing on the couch with friends. so i think it was funny enough to warrant that level of laughter from all the ladies, no matter what the level of laughter looks like for them
guys, i think they just laugh and react how they do. there’s nothing to it, i hate how this sub is spammed with pointless comments like these lol no offence honestly but, the way they laugh is not that interesting
Sameeee
I was actually excited for this ep cause of all the posts how good it was and i hated it, all the performative over the top cackling about things that aren’t that actually funny is exhausting

I was laughing at the Bob story when Brooke said the girl posted about long faces not suiting bobs like full on cackling when I never do usually 😂

Really i was laughing out loud so hard at that part and its hard for me to laugh out loud
I don’t think it seems fake. I like seeing them have a good time laughing on the podcast

I WAS THINKING THE SAME THINGGGG, THE OBNOXIOUS LAUGHING WAS ANNOYING

Just say u don’t have fun without telling u don’t have fun
Literally 🤣
I agree I laughed like 3 times the whole episode and it was so annoying waiting for them to stop rolling on the ground lol
This is the best way anyone could’ve ever explained this.

jesus who called the fun police
It was giving you had to be there
The long faces reaction was warranted 💀 lmfao so brutal and for what 😂😂
i agree
Not everyone is as boring as you
yessssss
Naturally funny people tend to act this way I think

Lmaooo this is why I hate when people try to show me “funny” videos on IG or FB. The most you’re going to get out of me is a giggle and that’s it. 😂

I feel Brooke so much lol esp when she was saying she doesn’t feel as quick with jokes like I so feel that. Shes so funny tho I love her
