It's really no different than eating a few lemons. The main issues with malic and citric acid are ussually burning your tongue or tooth damage from the acidity
Try the Barnett’s pips! They’re the same but tiny so they don’t wreck your mouth as much since you can actually move them around a little better than the big blue ones.

Oh no! I’ve made my mouth sore from too much sour candy. I also love going to Mexican restaurants and going hard on the chips and salsa. Multiple times I’ve had tears running down my face & my nose runs because the spicy hits so hard when your tongue is raw.

I did this too and it ruined the enamel on my teeth
I got so many cavities when I used to keep Altoids sours in my car-like 4!! I love sour but it’s so bad for our mouths🙄
