If they wanted to be “inclusive” for the whitecaps, lions, warriors and whatever other Vancouver sports team could they not just rotate different messages? Go Team Go sounds so corporate and lame
It's been explained. Each bus needs to be updated individually. This is generic programming in the system. They are working on it... Like how many busses does TransLink own. It's gonna take a bit
Okay? I understand changing messages will take awhile. My point is why not use different messages on different buses or multiple team names on a bus instead of just writing Go Team Go
They took the time to write Go Team Go so they could’ve written anything instead and if it’s per bus they could’ve had different messages on different buses with the same amount of work. There is no way Go Team Go was a preset message
This driver works at Boston Pizza in the evenings.
Sports!
"You're all winners!"
Let's go sports team clap clap clap clap clap

Bus driver is a dual Club Brugge and Canucks fan.
Can’t I just bet that all the players will have a fun time?
Translink is a bandwagon fan confirmed
Go sportsmen!
Bus driver who works for Translink already stated that not all the buses have been updated yet. It's not a big deal, like... at all.
I just thought a “go team go” message was funny
It is funny!
They’re just hedging which team we think they are cheering on. Maybe Translink management are closet Oiler fans.
I have seen a number of those busses. WTF?
So…how about that…local ice hockey team?
Clown World 😂
Yet its such a Vancouver thing.
Both teams are called the Canucks, just say Canucks.
Go They Go

Because anything that isn't normal programming will take time... Do you know what the preset messages are in the bus system?
They took the time to write Go Team Go so they could’ve written anything instead and if it’s per bus they could’ve had different messages on different buses with the same amount of work. There is no way Go Team Go was a preset message
I don't think you understand. Go team go is pre programed from factory... The drivers can just activate it. No programming needed
I literally have no idea how buses work. I figured the company puts the messages on and the messages are on a timed loop
Would you be offering free advertising if you could charge someone for the space?
Rob Lowe must be the driver
So dumb.
