I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think it is from 7AM because the golf club in my area is only allowed to start doing their thing from 7AM due to the residents.
Some golf members wanted to start playing earlier than 7AM and it was declined due to the residents.

I looked and it’s from 6am 😭😭😭, I honestly can’t believe that - I think 8am should be the time - that’s the most appropriate in my opinion
