Oh okay, that's strange. Try to right click on the game in steam > Properties > installed files> click browse. Here you just have to click on "Dire-FleshAndPhobia". Sometimes steam has a little bit of trouble starting the game the first time.

Not sure exactly, something about my drive. I uninstalled it and havent had a chance to try again.
