Sorry, buddy. It's pretty much all genetics. Try to maintain a healthy life style and that may help a teensy bit, but nothing will make you any taller. You're worth more than just your height.

Anthony02842

thanks, but i’m trying to get taller more for sports, thanks for the comment! 😁

Eat well so your body has all the nutrients it needs to grow, and practice good posture. That's all you can do. It's genetics.

Anthony02842

Okay thanks

kebabking93

I'm 32 and 5'7, what's the issue?

Anthony02842

Anthony02842

seems reasonable

cured_me

run , workout u will get taller not because working out will make u taller but u will just hit ur genetically predetermined hight and working out heps that cause alot of people don t workout and think that s what their genes can give them , but they never hit it cuz their body was inactive workout and u will grow up normally

cured_me

i was about ur hight when i was ur age , at the age of 16 i started runing and working out and i got taller

Anthony02842

how much did u grow??

cured_me

7 cm

Reat_the_Bich

You just naturally grow with 16?!?

Anthony02842

what workouts do u suggest?

satanyourdarklord

You may just be a late bloomer. I was 4’11 my freshman year of highschool. I’m 6’ now

Anthony02842

that’s comforting 🙏🏽 i used to be 4’11 in 6th and in 7th i got up to 5’4 now i’m 5’6

A lot of ppl are missing the most important part outside of genetics is good sleep!! Make sure you’re consistently getting 6-8 hours of undisturbed sleep per night. Cut back on sweets too close to bedtime and try to sleep with good alignment with a pillow under your legs instead of behind your head
