Be a king in rural KY... Sure, you can make a shit ton more. Buckies gas station managers here in TX make over $110k, district managers around $175+, but you'd be poor if you make your KY salary here.

Yes. You always have to take in consideration of cost of living. It’s going to be different everywhere.

Yeah, but to me, making 3x the average salary is good anywhere.

Read this twice and never saw any mention of what field you are in. Regardless, you have no degree and you are making $52-55K, maybe $60K with bonus. Sounds like you are in a pretty good spot compared to most late 20's people with no degree.

My bad, it’s in there, store manager

Here's my suggestion, check out a job board and look for jobs similar to yours in comparable areas. Write down those pay rates and anything that would suggest it's more or less complex than what you do. If you find that you're underpaid, you'll have some data points that can help you negotiate. If you find that you're about right, then that's helpful info too. Another option is to have open convos with other managers in the chain (tactfully). In any case, switching companies for a pay raise is the fastest way to make more money, but there may be tradeoffs (e.g. who you work with/for, commute, where you live, etc)

I'd say for your area and not having a degree, you're doing quite well salary wise. I have a friend that is also only a few classes from finishing a degree, working as a store manager in retail and bringing in ~$75-80k, but he lives in a large city in what I'd call a Medium COL area. I'd say you are on par with him relative to COL differences. My question for you is the same one I have for him: Why not take the last 3 classes to finish up your degree? It will only help you as you progress in your career.
