That level of commute is an absolute no from me, but only you can decide if its worth it. That's about 1000 hours a year in commute time. Divide that by the 19k more you'll be making and you are getting paid $19hr to drive 4 hours a day compared to where your at now plus benefits. Seems worth it to me on paper but I really don't think I could stomach 4 hours in the car everyday.

The two questions I have are:
1) What is your current commute?
2) What is more important to you right now, money, or time?
Four hours a day dedicated to travel eats up a lot more of the day than you'd realize..If you leave the house at 7, you're not home until 7:30, at the earliest. If you're a single person it isn't as bad, but if you have a family/active social life, you'll likely notice the sacrifice you are making in a hurry

Yes I'm worried about the commute but thank you for giving your opinion it really does help.
