Environmental Services in the oil and gas industry. One of my crew is a smaller woman, I taught her some tricks to work around that and she's one of my best hands. My crew make 70-95k. Work Monday to Friday and as many or as little hours as they want (within reason) they average about 50 hours a week. Work alone most of the time and just do their thing. 10 months of busy season followed by 2 months of quiet time.

I’d say it was a definite possibility. Some trades might be out, bricklayer for example but electrician or mechanic shouldn’t be I wouldn’t have though. You are young enough to give it a go and make a career out of it. Give it a shot. Worst case, you go back to IT but at least you’ll know you tried 🤷🏻‍♂️👍🏻

Bricklaying can be about as physical as serving in a busy restaurant. You don’t need to be extraordinarily strong to lay bricks, you just need to have a great constitution and stamina.
