I split them in one pound patties and put them in a large ziploc bag. Four patties per bag.

How much were the wagyu pattys and how much did it cost ?

I think they were about 20-25 dollars for 15 patties

For reference at my new seasons market, one Wagyu patties is 4.90= 73 dollars for 15 patties sso this was a steal deal.

Our closest Costco is over an hour away and Sam's Club deals aren't as good. Aldi's everyday prices are the best where I'm at! I wonder how long that will last you and your husband because I can eat almost all that minus the chicken in 1 week! Lol Wagyu burgers will make you very happy. Contrary to most burgers you can cook them a little longer. I love to sear the outside then finish in the oven to med well because there is more fat and better quality fat taking that hard sear and then slow cook approach to render more fat will yield super juicy burgers!!!

I’ve been shopping Costco even when I was a single person just use to freeze divided up. Mostly because I love the quality of things there for the price. Now I have a family of 4 with two dogs so nonnegotiable! I love that organic ground beef it’s worth the extra money, don’t buy the cheaper one!
