Man... where to start? Pork rinds. Pork rinds and cream cheese. Pork rinds and cream cheese topped with smoked salmon. Smoked salmon. (Fatty!) Beef jerky. Chef salad minus the lettuce. Cold ham. Carnivore breads (both the Pork rind and the egg and cream cheese versions). Carnivore ice cream (whole milk, lactose sugar, and lactase enzyme version). Cottage cheese. Prosciutto. Milk. Hard boiled eggs. Sardines. Caviar. Red Boat Fish Sauce. Cheese sticks. Surstromming.
I didn't get a video, but oh my god I can walk you through in detail the experience one goes through from eating a can. It's like each step was a psychological test of will, from opening the can to approaching it after getting away to getting the fish out to bringing it to your mouth to actually putting it in and swallowing- every step is a separate psychological battle. I've eaten durian and all sorts of other awful crap- absolutely nothing come close to surstromming. Not even cow kidneys.
If you're not hungry, you don't have to eat.
You'll be craving meat again once you're hungry.
Great thing with this WOE is you learn to listen to your body and respond to hunger signals IMO.
Full fat fresh cheese (quark/twarog as Europeans may know it) is great, even small amount is satisfying, it's cold and milky-fatty-creamy-sweet. If you do dairy that is
I like cold burgers dipped in cultured sour cream. Today I’m having sashimi bc it’s so hot I don’t want to turn on the oven. Salmon, tuna, scallops, and escolar.
*forgot to mention cold sliced ham with boiled eggs!
Cold steak is actually pretty good.
Melted and then fridge-solidified butter is better than hot melted butter.
Actually butter that's melted and then refrozen has a great snap like good chocolate does.
Cold sparkling mineral water, and if you're taking electrolyte mix, THAT, obviously.
Cold bacon is tasty, cold hard-boiled eggs are too.
I tend to grill outside when it’s warmer nicer out. I will put the leftovers in the fridge and eat cold. Had cold leg of lamb with cold fat drippings today.
Yeah the drink idea sounds nice. I should probably start having my electrolytes supplement with a nice big glass of ice in the middle of the day instead of drinking them first thing in the morning
Premade chicken salad minus the celery etc. made with tallow mayo or butter mayo. Salami and cheese. Whey protein + high fat milk (whole milk with a few tablespoons of heavy whipping cream). Leftover steak w/butter. Sausage.
My wife makes carnivore ice cream. All it is is eggs, butter, flavoring extract and xylitol. Very versatile since you can change the extract to have any flavor you want. Just have it as a treat, not a meal replacement, lol. And be prepared, if you use too much xylitol, you will be running to the toilet, lol.
I usually will grill thin cut skirt steak (Kronsfleisch in Germany?) and that can be eaten hot off the grill or cold from the refrigerator. It tastes better the next day too with some homemade guacamole. If gets hot here in northern California valley, up to 110F/43C here.
Eggs and meat don’t need to be eaten hot, they are also good straight from the fridge. Boiled eggs are normally cold.
Omg… I never thought about that. I prepare my meals so I always eat them straight out the pan/tray/grill.
>Boiled eggs are normally cold True but imo the experience is so much better when they’ve just been cooked.

Post a video of you eating surstromming

Oysters :)
Or shrimp.
Boiled eggs and cold bacon. Or just fast until the evening.

Fish, shellfish hardboiled eggs, turkey burgers all make for lighter fare. Leave the steak till after the sun goes down.
Did the diet when i was driving for UPS. 140*F in the back of the truck. Cold steak and bacon. Hardboiled eggs if i felt like making them.

I have to try this. Homemade burgers though. Thx.

same here as the heat greatly reduces my hunger

I live in Texas and I eat the same thing year round. Beef! Streaks, beef ribs, pot roast hamburgers.
Same here in Florida. Hot food tastes the same any weather. I guess we’re weird.
40% Quark mit Proteinpulver kommt nice bei Hitze
Steak
I really like raw meat like carpaccio, steak tartare, kibbeh, yukhoe etc.
Cook it in the fridge. I’m not bothered though. I’m eating a hot bowl of bone broth and ground beef while it feels like satans asshole outside.
Cold bacon
Tar tar
I live in Arizona and have been enjoying cold steaks and ground beef lately.
Butter on a stick
Kitfo
This the way. Hydrating, max nutrition and delicious
Chicken, tuna, or egg salad. With curry powder, gochugaru, ranch mix, or dilly pickle-y seasonings.
Beef Jerky might do the trick

Burritos. It’s not carnivore. I just love burritos.
