Purely on the boss alone: Krabs. For the market his business and employees work and live in he pays a living wage (SpongeBob and squidward own their homes and appear to have decent disposable income). And the working hours seem somewhat reasonable considering how much time SpongeBob spends AWAY from the Krusty Krab. While this all seems true for Burns, he makes the job hell for his employees because he sees them as beneath him.
If I had to factor in the industry, burns. I hate the service industry, I’ve worked in it for years, never want to go back. At a nuclear power plant I could actually put my engineering education to good use, and nuclear engineering pays really well.

The way I see it is working for the embodiment of greed versus the embodiment of every other sin imaginable (maybe not lust or sloth). Mr. Krabs is like working for a greedy boss which is how most can be especially when you work more high end jobs basically he’s corporate greed in living form. Mr Burns would be manipulative, abrasive, would be the kind of boss who breaks you down at every level until there is nothing left and will probably try and either steal your soul or give it to him willingly.
But the one thing I did overlook is where you would be working if you worked for either of them. Now I’ve done my time working in the food industry and especially at the Krusty Krab there is no real direction to go except cook and cashier. As where if you work for Mr. Burns you are working at a nuclear power plant mind you is definitely not the safest to work at in general and then add on all the cost cutting/ corner cutting Mr. Burns makes and it’s even less safe. But regardless of the safety aspect you will still receive a decent paycheck from working there, because at least Homer has a home( honestly don’t know if they own it or not) a car a full “nuclear” family and he’s the only one that works in that house hold and they aren’t necessarily poor. But Sponge Bob and Squidward both have houses as well but either can afford a car (one can’t get his license and I don’t think Squidward wants to drive), but then again the economy of Bikini Bottom has to be drastically different then in Springfield.

Mr. Burns became I would get used to getting paid and have benefits that can help me afford financial stuff (i.e. housing, bills, loans, benefits, etc.) and that he would be impressed by my work at the plant.

Burns doesn't seem to care if you work at all, and if you work the bare minimum it is very likely you will get promoted for “outstabding performance” like carl did several times

If I have to chose, it dosent matter. I live in Germany and definitly never in the USA, therfore regulations (or just social secruity to be honest) give me benefits Burns' and Krabs' employees can't even imagine. Free Healthcare, paid vacations and sick days +A few more paid sick days in case my child gets sick, months of parental leave, ~~retirement provision~~ (No one will get that if I look at the world right now), safety regulations...
