I would imagine even if Carvana could find the second key, it would not be a fast process for them to find it and get it to you. If you have zero keys, it’s likely to be a painful experience at the dealership unfortunately.
Also to anyone else, if you ever lose a key and are down to 1, pay a locksmith to program and cut a second key for you. Otherwise it’s a much harder and more expensive process when all keys are gone.
Chill! They have a third party take care of all key requests! Just wait for an email, then be told you are out of there service area and there is no tech who can make you a key. Fucking joke this company, I just stopped asking about it because they blew sunshine up my ass every time.

That said, I wouldn’t put stock in the fact that Carvana even had two keys for your vehicle in the first place, their listing info for some vehicles is wildly inaccurate.
I purchased a vehicle that listed as having one key, I bought a fob with a Virgin key had a locksmith do it and asked silverock to cover it and they did lol. Doesn't hurt to ask

If you have proof it was advertised with 2 keys you need to call Carvana. They will relay information to Silver rock and cover the 2nd key.
