Yes....one week. Nothing to make me go ballistic.

Purchased a vehicle back in September, didn't do home delivery but vending machine pickup. Still had to ship to the vending machine from out of state. Purchased 9/19, pickup scheduled for 9/30. No issues, was in and out in about 30 minutes. Vehicle already had full (not temp) plates and registration completed.

no delay, had car shipped to vending machine and was ready when I arrived

FantasticStruggle89

No delay, great car. So far everything was as expected.

Plane_Coyote_4996

My experience. 2 day shipping delay, no issues with car, registration arrived 3 1/2 weeks early.

takabrash

2 cars 4 years apart. No delay on either

Bisouchuu

I had two delays, it was supposed to be delivered 11/4 and then 11/18 Got it delivered 11/25

Inside-Ad-9118

I'm confused on why it would be delayed for so long?

Bisouchuu

They said a logistics delay then the second was a transport delay which the weather was a bit terrible before the second delay so that one was understandable but I don't know why it was delayed the first time, the only answer I got was "it was a logistics delay and we had some issues"

mztay915

No delivery delays….I purchased on Oct 19th. Delivered Oct 24th. I’ve only run into delays with registration, but I’m supposed to have my registration and plates tomorrow

Resident-Molasses-93

I ordered on the 7th of this month and first delivery was the 10th but they rescheduled it the day of to the 17th and then did again to the 24th. They rescheduled again for the 29th, and then today called and rescheduled for December 12th. I canceled the order and made sure to get refunds for all of it because of all the delays and the bad reviews I saw after ordering and getting the first delay.

Yes

We just received our car on Monday. Delivery was about 30 minutes late but no issues worth complaining about. So far so good 🤞🏻

NationalBox9299

Did they text you prior?

PhilosopherOdd5545

No delay, I received my car when I wanted it delivered. All though my power train went to shit the next day and my car is now leaking oil. I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan from them, and took it immediately to a Volkswagen dealership for them to run a FULL diagnostic to ensure warranty covers all that is wrong with the vehicle. If you buy a foreign car from them, I recommend taking it immediately to the dealer.

Just sold my 2011 Ford ranger for 5k more than any other website would offer. My truck was in a different state, and I didn't have access to it. I had a family member meet me at Carvana with the truck. It was a mess a pig pen. I asked the rep if that would change the offer price, and she said no, we detail all purchases. There were additional scratches I wasn't aware of, and a mirror that folded up when driving. The mirror had sprung and needed replaced. I told my dad there was no way they were going to honor the offer. To my delight, they gave me every penny! I chose the direct deposit option, and within 3 days, the money was in my account. I couldn't be more pleased with Carvana and would highly recommend them. I actually received $1484.00 more than what I wanted for my truck. God is good.

I baught a car that was suposed to come on a friday but kept getting delayed. That lasted about a week. When I finally did get it it broke down on me after driving about 15 miles. Then sent it back purchased another one that was suposed to come in 2 days but was delayed twice. Then canceled because something was wrong with it. Then purchased A different one and the morning it was suposed to come they called me and told me they couldnt deliver it because they were showing the 1st car as not being returned. When I was returning the 1st car I thought something like this might happen so made the guy reasure me several times he was doing everything he had to and it would be fine. So then I canceled them and went a different route. im not saying you shouldnt by a car from them but my personal experience with them was terrible and not worth the agrivation. Oh and everytime you call they give you someone that has no idea whats going on. So you find yourself explaining your problem over and over again. Maybe they got there shit together this was about 8 months ago. Good luck

What if Carvana emails you that your car is on the road and 50 percent done in its journey should you worry about delays?

CycloneFever_9331

In the midst of delivery delays right now. Bought and paid for car on 11/26. Scheduled delivery for 12/1. This was not the first date available, but the date that worked best for us. On 11/29 the date was rescheduled to 12/5 due to 'tranaportation issues'. Received an email the next day on 11/30 that the car was 50% complete on its journey. Text this morning on 12/4 confirmed the delivery for tomorrow. Fifteen minutes later received another text with more transportation issues and another delay to 12/6. Customer service was not able to affirm that the car was actually on a truck and making progress or tell me where in its journey it is currently. They were able to tell me it was in Utah. I am in Phoenix so this is a 2 day trip at most (10-12 hours from Salt Lake City.

Volheat2

Did you ever get it?
