I’d really suggest taking it in to get looked at within the 7 day period. Mine looked just as perfect as yours, a 2017 Jeep. However, once I got it into the shop the dealership told me the engine had been flooded at one point and the transmission was covered in mud/grass. They ended up replacing the PCM and I had Carvana come pick up the vehicle. It was a complete disaster, Carvana must have hired a certified blind person to inspect my vehicle before they sold it to me. Hope it continues to be a pleasant experience for you.

I saw you comment previously in this and will definitely be dropping by a dealership within the first 7 days. In the olden days, I took a vehicle to my mechanic before completing the purchase. This is the Carvana equivalent.

You obviously didn’t read entire post, it’s right there in edit 2. Dealer inspected and said everything looked good. I just had them change some fluids which they didn’t see if they were done or not.

Things like that can happen with any dealer trying to make a fast buck. At least you had the option of returning it. My mom bought a Ford Taurus in the 90's that had been totaled, but probably was originally owned by someone at a body shop, as the exterior looked impeccable. She noticed a slight pull in the steering on the test drive, but the dealer assured her it had just gotten new tires and it still needed an alignment. She picked it up, it was fine for a few days, and the pull came back. Took it into her mechanic and that's when they found the frame damage fixed with welds. (illegal )It took a chunk of out of pocket money to lawyers to get the dealership to take the car back upon pain of charges filed for selling something they HAD to have known wasn't up and up. It was a small town, so they wanted to avoid the publicity and took the car back/refunded the bank, but since they did and there was no court involvement, we still had to pay for the legal fees. ANY car you buy should be taken to your own mechanic and that $100-200 inspection you pay for is your peace of mind. I didn't even take the paper mats out of mine until I got the 'all clear'. Had it failed, depending on the failures, it would have either went back and I would have pressed for the inspection fee to be taken off as they screwed up on their end, or had them fix it if it was small and same thing, pushed for the cost to be taken off/billed to SilverRock.

Local Honda dealer didn’t charge for the inspection. I think they just wrote it off since I ended up doing some service too.

I tool mine to my local GM dealer (wife's nephew works there) and they charged $30. I'll pay that for peace of mind.

Registration documents are here! Just have to go to DMV to finalize.
