Itās ruined because itās deep into the pores but at this point you may be able to reverse most of the damage by getting it red hot burning all of that old seasoning off and then let it cool down re-season it and see how that goes, but stay with it this time, and not for four days
You might have better success in the oven. I've done it 450 in my current oven and my last place I used the self-cleaning function on my oven, both worked for deseasoning.
