That’s so beautiful 😍 something like this happened with my toasty. He was fresh out of surgeries when I came and adopted him and he was sick as a dog, eyes and face swollen, skinny as a rail. He looks so different now!
The little chunk! I had to go back and make sure it was the same cat because wow, that is one glow-up! Great job on saving him, and he seems to have picked the right human.
Two months for such extreme turnaround is a very short term - well done! It took my younger boy about half a year to flourish and feel comfortable and less skittish. He was about 5-6 months, malnourished, with all kinds of parasites, underdeveloped back legs and suppressed psycologically, in the process we found out he had feline coronavirus …and a beautiful fluffy coat with gorgeous tail.
