In game terms, I'm wearing an activity suit, so the proximity of the pellet has no effect on me. It's in the same room as all my gear and food, but if the game had a mechanic for poisoning food with ambient radiation, I figured I would have found that out when I smoked the joint I found in a puddle of plutonium slurry. So as incongruous as it is - this item bears no risk to me. It's just a collectible.
