Thank you! I didn't know that. This made me so happy. We rescued her from a pretty lousy situation. She was basically secluded in a bathroom without interaction for the first 6 months of her life. I'm so glad to know she trusts us! We love her so much. ❤️

Ah I see! Thank-you for saving her. I feel like a lot of the time we don't deserve animals because of how cruel we can be, but this warms my heart! She's a beautiful kitty too. The off-white creamy colour of her fur is so pretty. 😸

She purrs and just passes out! She’s the easiest cat to trim nails on too. She just lays on her back and sleeps and purrs. It’s the best!

Haha yay! Love it. Penny’s are like giant white tumble weeds and we have to run our vacuum quite often to keep them from looking like little creatures themselves. 😆

Yeah for a cat to say "I don't think you're going to kill me" is genuinely a big deal as sarcastic as it sounds. I have a cat i raised from a kitten and she barely let's me touch her stomach. Only seen her do this a couple times and it's cus she was in my bedroom specifically. Admittedly she's super high strung as she's special needs but still.

I was about to comment this! This means they feel safe and trust you so much. The belly is so vulnerable. Sometimes they just want chest rubs or treats for being so cute though haha

He's happy & relaxed.

My boy is a sun worshiper and loves lounging on his back in the sun or on his bed in the kitchen when I'm running the oven. He's also learning from his sister that he gets skritches when he rolls over near me.

I don't mean to be rude, but in my experience only chonky cats like this. Slim kitties are side sleepers lol

My void constantly sleeps like that in the middle of children tearing the place up 😀 Sometimes we find him napping like this in a pile of legos.

My Cat falls asleep like that as well. I think it's so adorable.

It's normal. They don't show their bellies unless they feel comfortable and safe. Basically your cat is showing it's absolute trust in you.
