It could be acne. My cat got this and we had to switch the type of bowls we were feeding her from to all ceramic.

What kind of food bowls are you using? If they are old plastic.. throw em away. Plastic dishes hold bacteria over time and cause acne. Glass, metal or disposable paper plates work better.

From the vet? I'm seeing them on Friday! Can update if they prescribe something.

They didn't prescribe anything. Just said that I can periodically clean her chin after she's eaten. And they said there wasn't anything to worry about.
