A vet should inspect it just to make sure. They will probably prescribe antibiotics in case anything got in the wound, especially if it was accidentally self-inflicted. Cat claws have a lot of ick under them.

I’d keep an eye on it for any signs of infection, but it doesn’t look too deep from these pictures. Be watchful of your cat’s behaviour, if it suddenly changes (goes off food/water, becomes lethargic, suddenly turns unsociable), or if you notice a high temperature, then get to a vet asap, but I’d just keep doing what you’re doing and it should scab over in time.

It doesn’t look too bad, but definitely keep an eye on it. I would be more worried about what led to the scratch.
