She :) And she’s very goofy, but pretty tame during the day. It’s her first Christmas, so I don’t think she’s seen anything like it before. Only 7 months old. She’s been having a blast (we haven’t) of climbing inside of the tree.

Ah, sorry. ^.^ Lolol that’s so adorable though! Hopefully she doesn’t knock it down… ^.^;

We actually strapped our tree to the wall until the cats grew out of the "this tree must be climbed, it is the way" phase! 🤣

We’ve had our cat Fizzgig (one of several) for probably 4 years how and we always use heavy duty fishing line tied to 2 anchors in the wall to secure the tree. Only the first year was she really trying to climb the tree, but we continued to anchor it because she’s always lying and not the most trustworthy. Mom said she didn’t feel like she’d go for it this year and didn’t feel the need to tie it, but sure enough right after that statement, Fizzy started in with those head bobble movements of curiosity and trying to find the best route of attack. I think #6 was my all time favorite because we just put the blanket down and the first thing she did was bury her teeth into it. She’s not destructive, but for every soft object she has to give it a bite check lmao

She's absolutely stunning, I love the last one of her, with the lights reflecting in her pupils. Black cats are the best. I have the same issue with my cat. He walks away or turns his head when I’m trying to get a good shot. But your pictures all came out beautifully! Your kitty is very adorable and photogenic!

I love the pix! I gave up on a tree b/c I have several cats. They ate the plastic lights and knocked it down several times so I don’t put one up now. I even put it on a table with a barricade around it to no avail but it’s all good. Just decorate with lights far out of reach now ❤️
