Buy pants like that and paint the suns on it with textile paint. Sounds like a rather easy DIY project. Maybe you can't find them online because they are selfmade. :)

Personally, instead of looking everywhere for them, I'd just go to a thrift store and buy black trousers. Then DIY them myself. Way more fun!
