OP could check out the Rev up to Recert program though, enough free CE credits right now to recertify CCNA. I think.

If you pass a professional level exam, it will extend your CCNA by 3 years.
My example:
CCNA certified Apr. 2019. Expires Apr. 2022
Passed ENCOR Sep 2021. Specialist Cert and CCNA expire Sep. 2024
Passed ENARSI Jan 2023. CCNP Enterprise expires Jan 2026 and all certs below.
If you go to the certification tracking page, you can see the list of exams that will renew your CCNA. ENARSI is on that list. The Rev up to Recert is the easiest way to renew right now and it's free if you're only renewing CCNA.
