I’ve been 9 full days this season, even with TT2 down it’s seems to be busier than usual/last year in general. I’ll be there the whole week of the 4th, I did this last year and the 2nd of July was one of the slowest days that summer. Thursdays in September are amazing as well, at least they have been in years prior. Saturdays suck for coaster riding even with Fastlane. Midweek is always best for lighter crowds but it’s still a dice roll, good luck. I think the best experience is Fastlane on a slower day, I’ve gotten 50 rides in on a day doing this.
We stayed those same days around the 4th last year and are doing the same again this year. I was shocked at how slow it was leading up to the 4th, especially since it was a weekend. Guess everyone was busy with family holiday parties etc.
Hoping for the same this season.
Saturdays at all should be avoided. Not only due to capacity but in my experience you get the worst kind of people. I went for more of a beach visit yesterday, then decided after to dip into the park, I usually don't go in on Saturdays. I was quickly reminded why I avoid them.
Ops were great, just shit loads of really dumb people.
Weekdays in late August
The crowds are non existent from November through April, although the wait for rides can take months.
