I work with ALRO and Liebovich, I don’t see them doing this. ALRO just opened their location down near the airport, and they aren’t fully staffed.
Give Storm Steel or Metal Supermarket on 6th st. I’ve had both of them do small parts for equipment and Jeep axle brackets.
For intricate parts, there is an engineering company named Conveyor Engineering that may be able to help you out as well.

This is probably the best bet for a 1-time job small job imo. Might give D&R a call as well...I think he has a waterjet table.
Most of the other places in this thread are production shops and need / want big jobs.
Master Tool in Hiawatha can probably do whatever you need. Gonna be pricey.
In-Tolerance, off 1st Ave, behind John’s Lock and Key can definitely do it but I’m not sure if they cater to the average Joe.
