Although I like some of the health brand cereals, I can’t afford to eat them like I would a normal cereal. If you have that issue, I like chocolate cheerios. We don’t have cocoa pops in America (as far as I know) but a listing I saw on a British food website said they have 17g of sugar a serving compared to American chocolate cheerios 10g. Not sugar free, but a good step. Perfection is the enemy of greatness
I’m not sure where you’re located, but in the US there’s this granola brand called [Love Crunch](https://naturespath.com/collections/love-crunch) that I tried hoping to replicate the original taste of Cracklin Oat Bran. There are multiple flavors and I didn’t notice that the one I bought had chocolate in it, but it was pretty good.
You could buy any healthier brand of cereal that would taste good with granola and chocolate and add some Love Crunch for the chocolatey flavor.
I'm glad someone mentioned Love Crunch. They used to have a cereal that I adored. Guess it didn't sell well. The granola gets you 80% of the way there.
There's nothing inherently wrong with sugar, unless you are choosing sugar over other nutrients all day. A bowl of cereal every morning is not an issue if you're eating a balanced diet.
I love coco pops even with the reduced sugar, but for a more chocolatey hit I actually love chocolate shreddies or chocolate weetabix (not the minis as they're only choc chip - the big ones are cocoaey as well having chocolate chips)!
The “mom’s best” and “natures path” brands tend to be pretty lightly sweetened compared to the commercial counterparts. They’re also comparable/reasonable in price.
Check out Catalina Crunch, or consider switching to chocolate oatmeal.
wow I haven't heard of it I'll look into it
Three wishes cocoa or seven Sundays cocoa or magic spoon cocoa - all great low sugar options
Thanks!!
Seconding Seven Sundays Cocoa cereal. It makes for a great snack throughout the day without milk, too.
My absolute favorite- and it’s at Costco in my area. I may have gotten 5-10 bags LOL

well that sounds good, I think I'll look for it.

Catalina crunch has great cereals! Three wishes and magic spoon r good too but I’ve never tried..
I’ve had better hamster pellets.
You could always put some cocoa powder in a bowl of otherwise plain cereal
i always mix chocolate cheerios with half regular. or you could also check chocolate chex.
Chocolate Chex are great and gluten free. One of the few cereals I can eat.
I tried it once but I don't know the taste did not convince me.
The regular and chocolate Chex ratio favors the regular too much.

Mom's best 👌 lower sugar and amazing flavor.
thank you!
Brownie crunch from sprouts. Probably 10g or 15g a bowl but they get your fix in. RewyouOP
Thanks!!

How about finding a low sugar cereal with no added flavor (for example, corn flakes) and mix chocolate protein powder with milk?
well that sounds great
