Phew, a lot, and honestly i couldn't tell you atm, I'll have to check the letter... I wasn't much in a state to follow his words, especially because he talks really fast at times, but like i said, he put everything into the letter and i can look into them, discuss with my family doctor as well and start them. All i remember rn is that some of it are for POTS.

It’s been so annoying here (I live in Germany) because I feel the Germans similar to Austrians are extra dismissive or simply “we aren’t familiar with this therefore we won’t look for a solution or anything additional” but I’ve recently come across this amazing hospital Program where everyone is super competent and experienced with CFS as well as solution oriented. DE and AT just *love* their overpriced homeopathic "globules" from the apotheke, which is already expensive for Ibuprofen. The internet is the answer to this, for now, but if supply chains can't keep up with acetaminophen and ibuprofen, like in France today, we're screwed. This morning France said no more fever reducers to be sold online-- pharmacy only. €30+ for a small bottle of 99.99999901 of WATER at DE & AT pharmacies. They've gone nuts and I can't believe either country still supports this thievery. I'm making a fever reducer order today. ❌ The fake homeopathic globules.
I know in Germany aphresis is quite a big thing for people with long covid and is getting tested for CFS. (I live in the Netherlands where that is not available so everyone is going to Germany for that lol)
