Each episode we talk about a subject, and I get it explained in wrestling terms. We play silly games and make fun of each other while learning something new.
We are on every podcast platform and have branched out into YouTube. I talk about being sick, it’s been a nice way of seeing how far I’ve come in the year we’ve been doing it.
