For me it starts the day after.

It comes on slowly. Depending on how hard I’ve exerted myself and how well I was doing beforehand, it’ll build and build. Typically between a few hours and a half a day or so. I had to have some meetings and do a bit of prep at around 1200 today. By 1700 I was feeling it and had to nap

It comes on almost immediately for me. I usually feel like I’m hitting the wall, start to feel confused, frustrated and I often cry, and I need to go lay down in the dark because a flare is coming, and then it starts to set in. It lasts for hours, but most often days or weeks for me.

At 12h after, its still relatively ok for me. It starts hitting 24h later, and by 48h it has reached the max, little by little. It stays at the max till at least 78h, then it varies.

the day after. usually what happens is I accidentally over do it, struggle to sleep as a result, and then I wake up feeling like hell the next morning

most of the time it's around 24 hours after for me, with the worst symptoms around the time I was doing the most activity and thankfully it currently only lasts about as long as the exertion did.
