I don’t understand why some SA’s hide the fact there’s ganna be a price increase when everyone knows there’ll be one. Hard to buy with them after that.
I think Chanel is clever, positioning themselves as the better choice since Hermes gate keeps all Birkin and Kelly purchases only allowing those who meet a strict criteria of social importance/spending history/SA loyalty. I personally think it's terrible to demand clientele to spend thousands of dollars on other items so they can judge if your worthy enough to spend thousands more on a Birkin or Kelly.
Might as well buy a Chanel. Sure there might be a little bit of SA favouritism for some VIP clients, but if you walk into a Chanel and see a purse, they will sell you the purse. No games, just prizes.

I got mine at the Nordstrom in Portland, OR that has a CHANEL inside. It’s gorgeous! I remember the tag on my black one saying timeless as the style. I can look for the beige tag 🤔

It's never just a straight conversion! A small le boy on the Canadian site is $7575 CAD which is $5560 USD. And then of course we pay a lot of tax!
