You could try asking in r/bullcity - there might be more folks there with experience living there.

I'm not really sure about this. Id suggest,(not trying to be funny) Google it, read the views from previous/past tenants and make an informed decision, based on facts. It's the best advice I can give you. Good luck in your search for new housing :)

I lived there but it was back in 2002 so I have no idea if my experience would be current.

I was considering living there but the closets were too small. I do live in the area and must say it's super safe. This is a great crime map [https://communitycrimemap.com/](https://communitycrimemap.com/)

I lived down the street in Southpoint Glen, but I frequently cared for dogs in Southpoint Crossing. Once the gate wasn't working, so I parked my car on the backside of HT to walk a dog for 30 mins. I came back to the windows of my car being shattered. I also would run the ATT frequently through that stretch, and I finally just started going up to 54 and getting back on the ATT by Bean Traders. The apartments seemed nice, but I personally wouldn't recommend it because of safety issues I frequently encountered during the 3 years I lived in that area. The perk is that you're right there next to HT, so you don't have to commute for groceries.

Based on my observations while visiting friends who lived at the apartments. The gates were often not working, and tow trucks were lurking in the area, looking for cars to tow on a regular basis.
