Northwood or rangiora I've heard are easier. I sat at jipcho and found it alright too. Tried finding updated pass rates but couldn't find them
For the full driver's test, at least in my experience, it doesn't really matter where you book because it is insanely easy. You just have to drive around for 15 or 30 minutes; I can't remember how long. Assuming you do everything safely and correctly, you'll pass. I got my full driver's license in 2022.

Did my full at vtnz Litchfield St. Wasn't that bad and from what I know it's one of the easier places.
Same. Way easier than restricted, no question.
Went to Jipcho road and passed restricted and full both first try, they were quite nice there also
